  • Reengineered the investment process (front, middle and and back office) identifying critical activities, bottle necks and operational risks sources that could impact the fusioned insurance and pension fund operations.

  • Implemented new policies issued by the national regulatory organism (CONSAR) reaching good standing and compliance before due dates.

  • As the project leader, certified the investment process in ISO-9001:2000, a requirement from the regulatory body.

• At Gestamp Automocion (Spanish Autoparts Manufacturer):

  • Planned operational capacity in the opening project of a manufacturing plant in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

  • Appraised project feasibility through cost-benefit analysis, cash flows and financial forecasting

  • Managed the initial quality assurance requirements (ISO-TS16949) from clients like Nissan or Volkswagen.

• At TV Azteca (TV Broadcasting Company):

  • Coordinated the Quality Assurance System of the telecommunication infrastructure, technical and quality audits to assure VHF and UHF  broadcasting without interruption. 

  • Organized the quality assurance of certification process in ISO-9000:1994.

• At  Grupo PROTEXA​ (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company):

  • Inspected and performed quality control of High-Pressure Ves​sels manufacturing. X-ray and ultrasonic tests.

  • Managed certification processes for qualified welders. Monitoring ASME procedures and fabrication codes for different types of welding (GMAW, GTAW, SMAW and FCAW).
